Welcome. I’m Astariea, a dedicated Energy Healer and Trauma-Informed Practitioner with a profound commitment to supporting individuals on their healing and evolutionary journeys. My path has been shaped by personal experiences of profound adversity, including physical, mental, emotional, and psychological trauma. Having navigated the depths of abuse, neglect, intense violence, betrayal, and spiritual wounding, I have not only survived, I have healed and transformed, emerging with a deep understanding of the resilience that resides within each of us.
My journey of healing has been both personal and professional. Through extensive training in energy healing modalities and trauma-informed practices, coupled with years of walking a spiritual path, I have cultivated a holistic approach that honors the complexity of the human experience.
This integrative blend of personal insight and professional training allows me to support individuals from all walks of life, addressing deep-rooted issues, complex challenges, and emotional wounds with compassion, sensitivity, efficacy and authenticity.
